Free Signage and Vehicle Towing
Proper signage is a legal requirement to tow vehicles from private property. Give us a call at 805-665-8145 and we can provide you with compliant “No Parking” signs for your parking lot or structure. While signs are a good deterrent to unlawful parking, if you call us we will remove illegally parked vehicles at no cost to you.

All of our drivers are fully licensed and insured to provide worry-free vehicle towing. We have towed thousands of vehicles and have gotten cars out of the trickiest situations. From low-clearance custom vehicles, to motorcycles, to SUVs and pickups, we can tow safely, efficiently, and without damaging the vehicle
How the Process Works
We know you’re busy and reading California Vehicle Code 22953 is probably not at the top of your to-do list – that’s where we come in. We at American Tow & Auto have been in the towing business for a long time and are intimately familiar with the details of the towing process. In short:
- We can provide free, compliant signage to enable lawful towing
- You notify us of unlawfully parked vehicles and request a tow
- We handle it from there – towing the vehicle, notifying law enforcement, and releasing the vehicle to its owner

Limitations
- No-charge towing applies to motor vehicles (cars, trucks, motorcycles, etc.); trailers, motor homes, and equipment may incur a charge
